Everyone has made up a song at some point. From an operatic declaration of love for shower lather or a melody set to a phone number, musical creation is universal.
Shoebox Songs is a bimonthly podcast comprised of original music submitted by anyone and everyone. Every two weeks, the Brandy Brothers will post a new topic for people to write and record songs about. We will accept submissions for one week, and then release them the following week.
All levels of skill and qualities of recording will be accepted! Keep it family friendly, please.
The purpose of Shoebox Songs is to encourage all people from all walks of life to engage in the songwriting process fully and to encourage boisterous participation in music. This is one of several ongoing projects brought to you by the Brandy Brothers.
